PET POLICY

There’s a $50/per night fee for dogs up to 50 pounds. Larger dogs must be approved by the hotel with fees not to exceed $150 per night. Please call us regarding exact details of our pet policy as we do have breed restrictions.

SMOKING POLICY

We are a non-smoking facility. If two staff members verify the smell of smoke in your room, your credit card will be charged an additional $500.00 for airing, cleaning and lost room revenue.

NOISE POLICY

To support a peaceful, sleep-friendly environment for guests, please be mindful of each other.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To receive a refund, you must notify us 14 days prior to your arrival. If we do not have a 14 day notice, you will be charged for the entire reservation (unless we are able to re-rent the room for the duration). For special events, such as weddings and holidays and the month of October, there is a 30 day cancellation period. If we do not have a 30-day notice you will be charged for the entire reservation (unless we are able to re-rent the room for the duration). Acts of God such as weather, fire, flood and other events out of our control (including Epidemics/Pandemics) do not supersede our cancellation policy.*

*If you have moved a reservation over from the original dates to new dates because of COVID and need to cancel that 2nd reservation, a refund will not be issued but a credit will be held in your name for a future stay that will expire one year from the original reservation dates. If COVID persists after that 1 year allowance, we will determine an extension to use said credit.

There is a cancellation fee of $35 per room for all cancellations made in the required cancellation period. Early departures are treated as cancellations and are subject to our cancellation policies. Departures before or after check in due to failure to comply with our policies (such as 3-night min. stay in Oct. and on Holidays) are also treated as cancellations.

Check in: 3:00 p.m.
Check out: 11:00 a.m or before. (Exceptions can be made upon approval, vacancy and availability)
Payment: Payment in full for the room(s) is required upon check-in. We accept VISA, MC, DISCOVER, AMEX and/or Cash.
Food and Beverages: Food and alcoholic beverages are additional and are available in our restaurant.
Children: Children 4 years old and older are allowed to stay on property in both houses. Please call for specifics regarding our child policy.
Parking: As we have a parking lot, we have limited spots. There is additional street parking on Oak Street behind the Inn.
Damages to the property will be billed to your credit card.
Special Needs or Handicap Access: Due to the age of the building, all rooms require some stairs.
